บริษัท นักคิด ดีไซน์ สตูดิโอ จำกัด จัดตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2015 โดย ศุภชัย แกล้วทนงค์ หลังจากที่ทำงานด้านการออกแบบสินค้า บรรจุภัณฑ์และ กราฟฟิก มา 15 ปี โดยเฉพาะสินค้าในโรงแรม รีสอร์ท สปา ซึ่งเขาเคยทำงานให้กับ บริษัท บันยันทรี แกลเลอรี่ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ในเครือของโรงแรม บันยันทรี ทั้งนี้บริษัท นักคิด ดีไซน์ สตูดิโอ จำกัด ให้บริการออกแบบด้าน Product Design, Graphic Design and Packaging Design นอกจากนั้นยังเป็นเจ้าของ แบรนด์ผลิตสินค้าด้านงานหัตกรรมท้องถิ่นใต้สร้างสรรค์ ในนาม TIMA
Nakkhid Design Studio Company Limited has been established since 2015 by Mr. Supachai Keawthanong with 15 years’ experience on the products Design Graphic Design and Packaging Design. Especially his worked with Banyan Tree Gallery (Thailand) which under Banyan Tree Holding PTE, which well-known on hospitality and retails business. Nakkhid Desigh Studio Co., Ltd provide product design, graphic design and packaging design and also the owner of TIMA brand which innovative design handicraft in southern of Thailand.

แบรนด์ TIMA ถูกตั้งขึ้นในปี 2015 หลังจาก ศุภชัย แกล้วทนงค์ ได้คว้ารางวัล The winner price of Innovative Craft Design Award 2015 by SACCICT เพื่อนำสินค้าที่ได้รับรางวัล สู่การต่อยอดในเชิงธุรกิจ โดยเป็นแบรนด์ ที่นำเอาอัตลักษณ์ ของทางใต้มาเป็นแรงบัลดาลใจในการออกแบบสินค้าสร้างสรรค์สู่สากล โดยทำงานร่วมกับท้องถิ่นบ้านเกิด TIMA มาจากคำว่า TIMBA จากรากศัพท์จากภาษามาลายู แปลว่าภาชนะตักน้ำ อัน เป็นภูมิปัญญาของคนทางภาคใต้ ที่นำเอาวัสดุในท้องถิ่น มาสร้างสรรค์ให้เป็นภาชนะตักน้ำ แบรนด์ TIMA จึงเป็นตัวแทนของงานหัตกรรมใต้สร้างสรรค์

TIMA Brand has been established in year 2015 after Mr. Supachai Keawthanong has received the winner price of Innovative Craft Design Award 2015 by SACICT. With his reward has encouraged his inspiration on new products design to international by working with south provincial. TIMA, calls TIMBA from root of Malayu language means water container. This is innovative from southern of Thailand by taken local material to be the water container. The TIMA is stand for South innovative products.

Design concept :

Birdcage Craft is one local folk craft that has been well preserved for a long time in the Southern of Thailand. It is a very valuable and delicate craft with unique techniques. It is the inspiration for this innovative craft. Nipa palm is my additional inspiration to create this beautiful craft that is useful for interior decoration and lighting using unique techniques of our Southern Birdcage Craft.
